Pinned dependency
OpenAI guidance (Apache-2.0); original Skilly scenario worksheet and approval gates
Checks completed
Saved prompt and reference identities, byte-preserved PNGs, per-feature visual review, independent new briefs and offline archive integrity checks.

Actual native-tool images, including revised attempts; independent new-brief testing with disclosed failures.

Raster concepts, not vectors, rigs or guaranteed trademark clearance. Accepted examples use opaque backgrounds. Earlier transparent attempts had edge contamination; a later bird brief initially missed the exact beak shape. Failures are retained, not sold as clean cutouts. Backend model ID was not returned; these are not verified GPT Image 2 or 2.5 benchmarks.

From a good brief to a better result.

Build a reference-led mascot series using an identity card, approved-reference gate, pose branching and a feature-by-feature continuity review. Separate a pleasing picture from a character that actually stays on brief. The published package has its own version, tested environments, and included outputs listed alongside this overview. Any earlier draft samples below retain their original verification scope.

What you bring

  • Original or authorized mascot reference, or a fictional character brief
  • Required poses, locked features and background requirement

What you’ll make

  • Separate original PNG references and pose examples
  • Editable identity card, pose prompts and review worksheet
  • Retained failed attempts and explicit transparency findings

The intended workflow

  1. Lock an original or authorized character identity
  2. Approve the reference, then create each pose from that same identity
  3. Review silhouette, eyes, limbs, details and background before delivery
