## Slide 1

This is a fictional facilitation plan. Review the three activity timeboxes and show how setup, support pages, reflection and closing are included inside them. Quiet writing and passing remain valid ways to participate.

## Slide 2

Walk through the 60-minute agenda. All orientation and setup pages belong inside activity 1; capture and selection belong inside activities 1 and 2; handoff, reflection and closing belong inside activity 3. There are no hidden extra minutes.

## Slide 3

Use the outcome standards to make the session concrete. Check that participants agree these artifacts would be useful; amend the brief before running a real workshop if they do not.

## Slide 4

Ask whether an agreement needs adapting to the group. Allow written participation and passing without requiring an explanation. This belongs inside the first activity setup time.

## Slide 5

This block includes the welcome, purpose, outcomes and working agreements pages. Reserve four minutes for setup, then silent observation, pairing and the capture-language example. Keep the whole block within its stated duration.

## Slide 6

The example is synthetic. Invite participants to mark what was actually observed, then list alternative explanations. Keep personal names out of shared notes unless permission is given.

## Slide 7

This block includes reframing and the selection-method page. Reserve the final five minutes for comparing candidate questions, handling disagreement and selecting one. Do not add unlisted minutes.

## Slide 8

Use the stated criteria consistently. A preference round is not evidence that a hypothesis is true, and silence is not agreement. Preserve dissent in the record.

## Slide 9

This block includes the experiment, handoff card, retrospective and closing. Reserve the final eight minutes for ownership, reflection and close. Stop at the agenda boundary; unresolved work can remain pending.

## Slide 10

This is a discussion card, not an assignment or an executed experiment. Replace pending roles and review text only when participants accept them. Keep the stopping condition visible.

## Slide 11

Protect the closing timebox. Invite one short reflection or a pass, then name remaining unknowns without forcing consensus.

## Slide 12

Ask for volunteers rather than assigning absent people. Confirm the actual review date with the group and thank them for their contributions.
