# Third-party notices

Finesse by 西瓜同学 / mouse-lin: https://github.com/mouse-lin/finesse-skill, revision 5050b6c71e27b829d1b3087d2be889d29c60db00. The visual-methodology adaptation retains the full MIT notice in licenses/Finesse-MIT.txt. This is not an official or endorsed Finesse product.

The original Skilly implementation uses MIT terms in LICENSE. Original and third-party rights are not made exclusive by a paid download. The $4.99 price refers to a curated package and workflow, not an exclusive claim over upstream material.

Bundled DM Sans and Instrument Serif fonts from the project's existing @fontsource 5.3.0 assets retain their SIL OFL 1.1 licenses in licenses/. Font provenance: https://github.com/fontsource/font-files at c3f4e3e5a664d2c3002e800050ce809a790d7281.

Sample imagery was created with Codex built-in image generation. Exact model ID was not reported. The private Skill package includes references/imagery.json and references/image-prompt.json; these are not part of the public demonstration. All sample brands, people, products and scenes are fictional. No third-party image, likeness, trademark or endorsement is asserted. To the extent Skilly holds transferable or licensable rights, the delivered hero.webp is supplied under the MIT terms in LICENSE, including permission for commercial use, modification and redistribution. See assets/IMAGE-LICENSE.txt in generated websites (templates/assets/IMAGE-LICENSE.txt in the Skill). This is a separate Skilly grant, not Finesse's image license. No exclusivity, copyrightability or absence of third-party rights is guaranteed.

No GSAP, Three.js, Unsplash image, remote font service or other runtime library is included. CSS and Canvas interactions are implemented in the delivered source.
