# Source and material notices

Version 1.0.1 source package, 2026-10-07. The Skilly-authored instructions, briefs and prompts are offered under [Apache-2.0](LICENSE); upstream material retains its applicable license. Preserve license, attribution and modification notices on redistribution. This is a scoped source review, not a guarantee of legal clearance or upstream endorsement.

- Skilly additions, 2026-10-07: identity invariants, count-and-meaning inventory, native whole-board contract, retained revision history, visual review checklist, original fictional trials and a reference-to-video handoff that distinguishes preparation from provider testing.
- No OpenAI executable, API client, sample image, font, icon or logo is bundled. Host service terms and native image quota remain separate from the source license.

## Conceptual inspiration, not bundled source

The project began with a user-shared [character-sheet discussion by Kōda](https://x.com/aimikoda/status/2048654612257816798). No explicit redistribution license was established for that post. The post's full prompt, creator images and earlier private exploratory materials are not included in this package, and no author permission or endorsement is claimed. The packaged workflow adds an identity brief, individually audited views, bounded native revisions and handoff records; its example-specific prompts are newly written. The OpenAI license does not license unrelated social-post content.

## Generated examples

The fictional character descriptions and prompts in `examples/` were authored for these trials. PNGs are original native-tool outputs, including retained failed attempts; no creator example image or downloaded character art was used as an input. Selected outputs and source identities are listed in `evidence/native-image-runs.json`. No image was programmatically assembled, cropped, re-lettered or repaired. Public galleries display unchanged PNGs; HTML is only a viewer.

Any rights Skilly can grant in these examples are offered on the same Apache-2.0 terms. Generated images are not proof of exclusivity, copyrightability, trademark clearance or non-infringement. This does not grant rights in the model, third-party marks, or customer reference assets. Customer assets are not automatically part of this public collection.

## Price and boundaries

$4.99 is for Skilly's added character-development workflow, review materials, recorded examples and Seedance preparation guidance. The underlying OpenAI guidance remains available free, and its Apache-2.0 rights are unchanged. This price is not a license to unlimited generation and includes no image or video service credits.

GPT Image 2/2.5 is a requested tool family, not a verified backend identity: the native tool did not report an exact model ID. Seedance 2.0 is an intended downstream use; no upload, portrait-asset acceptance, API invocation or generated video is claimed. The guide links official documentation rather than redistributing it. Provider policies and supported inputs must be checked before a separately authorized video test.
