- Changes: a smaller editorial scope, native Codex execution instead of provider scripts, original fictional briefs, explicit visual checks and evidence retention. No upstream images, style-reference files, executables, fonts, publishing tools or login automation are distributed.
- The upstream MIT rights are not replaced or narrowed by the Apache license for Skilly-authored additions. The free distribution proposal is product policy, not an additional license restriction.

- Scope: adapted generation/editing separation, reference-preservation guidance, prompt discipline and inspect-before-delivery workflow in `SKILL.md`.
- Changes made by Skilly on 2026-10-06: a focused scenario workflow, native-tool-only execution, no API-key or CLI fallback, honest model-identity reporting, original pilot briefs and auditable per-asset checks. The modified instruction file carries a change notice.
- No OpenAI executable, sample image, icon, logo or API client is bundled. The host supplies its native image tool independently; its service terms and quota are separate from this source license.

## Pilot materials

`examples/briefs.json` and `examples/prompts/` contain newly authored fictional prompts. Images in `examples/output/` were generated for this pilot; none were downloaded from an upstream case library. Product and mascot edit variants reference only this pilot's generated base image. See `examples/run-record.json` for exact input/output hashes, parameters, visual limitations and original-file provenance.

The PNGs are AI-generated reference materials, not real product photography, a licensed stock collection, or proof of copyrightability, exclusivity, trademark clearance or non-infringement. Any rights Skilly can grant in these examples are offered under the same Apache-2.0 terms; this does not grant rights in the model, third-party marks or user-supplied assets. No source-code license overrides applicable generation-service terms. External customer references are not automatically added to this public example collection.

## Not included

No Google Nano Banana implementation, YouMind community prompts or images, third-party proxy, font binary, dependency tree or private input asset is included. No package installation, API credentials or separately billed API calls are required by this draft. The exact backend model was not disclosed by the host tool, so these examples are not a verified GPT Image 2 versus 2.5 comparison.


The selected gallery uses original generated examples. Full prompt, input and failure evidence is retained in the downloadable Skill package when published. Local pilot paths in this notice describe the source package, not public routes.
